Photo / Selfy Contest

Theme:

You will be required to take the Selfy and post it on Facebook with the hashtag #PSYWSC'19 along with a message/quotation which is relevant to the theme of this year's Congress.

Eligibility:

Only the delegates or participants attending the PSYWS Congress 2019 can represent their IEEE Student Branch/Affinity Group/Technical Chapter and can apply for the Photo/Selfy Contest.

Rules and Regulations:

• • This contest is for Participants of PSYWC’19 only.
• • Winners will be announced and awarded at the Ceremony.
• • Post on Facebook / Instagram / Twitter using hashtags #PSYWSC'19 along with a message/quotation which is relevant to the theme of this year's Congress.
• • Posts without hashtags will be discarded immediately.
• • The posts must be public.
• • Essay can be no longer than 500 words.
• • The jury decision is Final.

Submission Criteria:

• 1) Photos must be submitted in either .jpg or .png file formats
• 2) Photo must not exceed size of 25MB per entry.
• 3) Photos cannot be modifying or have any type of processing, the filters of Instagram, editing or any other similar tool is not allowed.
• 4) Entries must be submitted at this LINK also after posting on Social Media.

Evaluation Criteria:

• 1) A weight of 50% according to quality criteria of a jury.
  • The jury will select two photos according to the criteria of technical and artistic quality, originality and complexity.
• 2) A weight of 50% depending on the popularity of photography in social networks (depending on likes and shares).
• 3) Readability and flow of the article or story
• 4) Appropriate use of grammar and words
• 4) Originality and Uniqueness
