Overview
The IEEE PSYWSC'19 team is organizing ‘Artistic Sketching Contest’ for all the delegates from different Sections and Student Branches. The shortlisted sketches will be selected for display at PSYWSC’19.
Winners will be announced and awarded at the “Closing Ceremony”.
Theme:
The theme" Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) " should be the focus of the sketch.
Rules and Regulations:
- • Name of participant, Department, and University name must be clearly written on the back of sketch in English language.
- • The completed sketch must be on a flat piece of paper.
- • The size of the paper must be A3 or A4.
- • Allowed tools for drawing / painting include pencil, crayon, water color, oil paint, etc.
- • 3D objects, wires, photographs are not allowed.
- • Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. If found or proven, entry will be immediately disqualified.
- • Online submission is allowed, however, to be eligible for award, student must bring the original sketch.
Eligibility:
Only the delegates attending the PSYWSC’19 can represent their IEEE Student
Branch/Affinity Group/Technical Chapter
and can apply for the Artistic Sketching Contest.
Judgment Criteria:
- 1) Creativity.
- 2) Originality
- 3) Compatibility with theme.
- 4) Uniqueness
